There's excitement in the air when it's time to head to Ga Ga and Papa's to celebrate Christmas! We usually head there on the 23rd and have a special "Christmas morning" on the 24th. Then we head home to have Christmas Eve at our house. In the picture above, Andrew was showing Buddy all the presents under her tree!
Ga Ga had saved their little tree in the basement for them to decorate with all my old decorations growing up.
This is so fun for them and for me!
Then Papa had another special project for the kids to work on for mama!
They had fun surprising me!
This is the life! Cozy fire and an empty bowl of popcorn!
We had fun playing spoons!
They were the big winners!
We always have a "Christmas morning" at Ga Ga's. They love doing this! They like to do their stockings first.
This girl got all kinds of bath and spa goodies!
A Barbie set from Papa!
This guy loved this game from Papa!
To say she was excited about a poop emoji pillow was an understatement. Ha!
Ga Ga thought this shirt looked like Andrew! He definitely is a kid that stands out!
Who knew James Patterson wrote kids books!? Andrew got really into these books this year.
Her biggest surprise- a diner for her American Girl dolls!
Happy girl!
And she loved her new soft robe too!
And emoji blanket!
She had been wanting a little live pets kitty. I'm not sure why, since she has a real kitty at home! Ha!
So many hours of building ahead!
The kids are so lucky to have such a special Ga Ga and Papa! They were definitely spoiled this year!
She's all ready to rock Christmas!
