We have made another tradition (isn't Christmas full of them?) of going to ride the Polar Express train every year.
We have gone every year since Andrew was probably 3 years old. This was him on his first ride.
Then this was the first year we took Kerigan
They were so little!
I'm so glad Andrew is getting older but still enjoys it!
This year my friend Angie brought little man Parker along! Could he be any cuter? Seriously.
Andrew just loves this little guy!

This year they had reserved seats for us in the warm train car- yay! And they turned the seats around so we would all face each other.

Everyone was saying what a good picture this is and it should be in a frame. I couldn't help but go back to this old blast from the past...
I just love the gazing in wonder out the window pictures. Beyond precious. Andrew has loved trains pretty much since he was born. They will always be special to him and us!
They give the kids programs to color and with words for singing Christmas carols!

Santa comes on the train! He gives all the kids a bell, like in the book. We have saved each bell from all the years we've ridden.

On the way back there is a leader "elf" that always leads Christmas carols. She asks kids to come up and sing with her and so Andrew went up and sang! I was so proud of him! He did a great job!
Then the girls took a turn, they were a little more shy!
